Michael’s on Naples’ Christmas Eve dinner will feature a five-course menu with dishes like Gnocchi con Chianina (homemade potato dumplings with Chianina beef Bolognese,) Cavatelli con Anatra (smoke duck neck with chestnut pasta and burrata cheese) and Scaloppini D’Anatra (duck breast scaloppini apple farrotto, kabocha squash and Brussels sprouts,) among other choices. The dinner is available for $75 a person plus tax & gratuity with an optional wine pairing for an additional $35.
Chianina’s Christmas Eve prix-fixe menu includes the steakhouse’s take on holiday dishes like Dungeness Crab and Potato Cake, Risotto Carbonara (grana padano, house pancetta, organic poached egg) with the option of Prime Filet Mignon, Piedmontese New York, Prime Bone-in Ribeye(+$30,) Braised Lamb Shank or Pan Roasted Monkfish. All dishes come with a choice of two sides including Yukon Gratin, Mashed Russets, Gnocchi, Brussel Sprouts and Braised Chard. Holiday diners can also enhance their dishes with an addition of Duck Liver (+$28), Bone Marrow (+28) or a Lobster Tail for (+$32.) The five-course menu is available for $85 a person plus tax and gratuity with an additional $35 for optional wine pairings.
New Year’s Eve
To celebrate the New Year with a bang, Michael’s on Naples is inviting diners to experience a six-course menu featuring Tonno Crudo (Ahi tuna tartar,) Agnolotti di Carne (House made pasta stuffed with Chianina short rib,) Capesante in Padella (seared scallops, cauliflower puree and sturgeon caviar,) and Agnello allo Speck (speck wrapped lamb loin with gnocchi, spiced pumpkin puree and heirloom carrots.) The one night only menu is available for $125 per person plus tax & gratuity.
Chianina Steakhouse’s New Year’s Eve prix-fixe dinner will be a meat and seafood lovers dream come to life. Dishes include Italian Sturgeon Caviar, Duck Liver Terrine, Chianina Beef Tartare, Piedmontese Filet Mignon with Lobster Tail, Chianina Bone-In New York (+$40,) Prime Bone-In Ribeye and Pan Roasted San Pietro. All dishes come with a choice of two sides including Gnocchi, Baby Butterballs, Mushrooms or Creamed Tuscan Kale. Diners can compliment their meals with additions like Bone Marrow (+$8) and Lobster Tail (+$34.) Chianina’s prix-fixe dinner is available for $125 a person and an optional $35 wine pairing.
