C-Liv’s Late Night Snackin’s: PMO’s

Tonight's edition of C-Liv's Late Night Snackin's brings a favorite from the days of my youth: the Peanut Butter, Mustard, and Onion Sandwich, or the PMO.

Ingredients:

White bread or potato bread

1 red onion

Yellow mustard

Your favorite peanut butter.

Spread the peanut butter on one slice of bread and the mustard on the other. Dice up the onion and sprinkle them liberally on top of the peanut butter. Then slap it together and go to work! A glass of milk or some other libation may come in handy as your mouth can get a little sticky while enjoying your first PMO!
