Sixth District Free Family Summer Events Announced

Sixth District Councilman Dee Andrews has announced the district’s annual Free Family Summer Events program from June to September.

“I hope everyone will take advantage of these free family events,” said Councilman Andrews. “They are loads of fun and will help keep the family bond strong. Strong families mean strong communities.”

Activities are for all ages and range from free visits to the Aquarium of the Pacific to outdoor movies.

Juneteenth Celebration
11:00AM to 3:00PM, Saturday, June 13, at Martin Luther King Jr. Park.

Free Movie in the Park
Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day, Monday, June 29, starts at dusk, Veterans Park, 101 East 28th Street.

6th District Port Tour
