McKenzie Mortuary estate sale will benefit the COVID-19 community

(SPONSORED) On Saturday, October 3, 2020 at 7:00 a.m., McKenzie Mortuary will host it’s annual estate sale benefiting Kamm Cares, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping those in medical crisis.

Since 1994, McKenzie Mortuary has been known for its unique forms of fund-raising, such as the annual estate sale, the Men of Mortuaries Calendars and two books: Over Our Dead Bodies: Undertakers Lift the Lid and Mortuary Confidential; Undertakers Spill the Dirt, all benefitting Kamm Cares.

This year, they are projecting an incredible $10,000 of earnings from this estate sale, and McKenzie will match that same dollar amount with proceeds donated to families who have lost loved ones who have passed from COVID-19, and also those who have struggled with cremation costs.

The estate sale is open to the public and will be located in the McKenzie Mortuary parking lot at 3843 E. Anaheim Street in Long Beach, California. The event will be held in the parking lot and masks are required. Credit cards are accepted. For more information please visit the Facebook event page or
