Those looking for a venue with its own historical charm, the Ebell is certainly a can’t-miss destination. This location offers distinctive architectural features with a Spanish revival design from the 1920s, a courtyard skylight, and chandeliers in the Grand Hall to bring an elegant feel. The venue also encourages the use of a house caterer to take care of the setup and cleanup of the event, making that special day a bit more of a breeze. The only thing a wedding party needs to worry about is planning the flowers and entertainment. With the hiring of TresLA, a catering service associated with Ebell, the price can vary from $4,500 to $7,000 depending on the day and guest count. However, if the hosts choose to offer an outside catering company, the price can vary between $7,000 to $10,000.

Despite L’Opera Ristorante located in the heart of downtown Long Beach, it just might be the perfect venue for an intimate romantic setting. If the bride and groom are looking to host just 40 to 90 guests, the location has two private rooms eligible for reservations, instead of buying out the entire restaurant. After 26 years of operation, L’Opera knows how to offer full service, including a full bar, wine list, custom menus, audio/visual and linen. The owners have made food, beverage and music selections a top priority, as such elements appear conducive to a good time. For a buyout of the restaurant or to reserve a private room, date inquiries are required. The menu pricing starts at $40 per person.

Looking for a space with vintage and industrial flair? The Loft on Pine has over 10,000 square feet of wooden floors, iconic columns and a vaulted “barn-like” ceiling with skylights in the Great Hall. This venue is the oldest building on Pine Avenue, created in 1903 with original brick throughout the space. Most of the weddings are relaxed and less formal, with food stations and cocktail parties. However—potential clients are cautioned not to book The Loft on the spot. The Loft encourages potential wedding parties to tour other venues, ensuring the space is really what the bride and groom desire for their wedding day. Pricing can range anywhere from $4,500 to $7,500, depending on the day and the size of party.

A very unique venue to compliment one's own unique taste. Whether the bride and groom are looking for a traditional ethnic or themed wedding, The Queen Mary seeks to please people of all backgrounds. During Halloween, the ship has hosted weddings themed around the holiday, where guests have dressed up as monsters and the bride has worn a black dress instead of the traditional white. Other weddings are Great Gatsby-themed to compliment the ship’s Art Deco design. Officials recommends for you to hire a wedding coordinator to take care of all the details so you and your significant other can be stress free. There are different venues ranging from $750 to $2,500, depending on the size of the party and whether the bride and groom want the festivities indoor or outdoor. An additional entree free per person is required, starting off at $65 for lunch and $82 for dinner.

Perfect for the artsy hipster who prefers more independence on their big day—Howl in downtown Long Beach offers a creative space as fiercely independent as its clientele. It is seen as more of a creative venue than a wedding venue because of its open, airy loft feel. The industrial space provides an outdoor courtyard and interior space for more intimate gatherings. It’s important to be confident and comfortable when booking a venue and to also hire a wedding planner to help you envision your dream wedding. Prices range between $4,000 to $4,500 depending on the day.
