Pennie is a 16 year old female Chihuahua, beige and white, about 4 pounds. She was not wearing a collar when she went missing. She has small, pointy ears, an arched back and a mole on her nose and leg. She can not see well. She was last seen on Friday, April 1st near Cherry Avenue and Anaheim Street.
