I have had quite a few tacos here in Long Beach. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I can safely say none of them have been pink … until now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We featured the family-run Mother’s Kitchen<\/a> in November and returned this week to try the pink tacos they offer for Taco Tuesday. The vibrant dish did not disappoint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
