Clich\u00e9s\u00a0are not welcome in the description.<\/p>\n<p>This Friday at its debut party, <a href=\"https:\/\/rescuedogma.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Rescue Dogma<\/a> will unleash (I didn\u2019t promise not to use weak puns) its premium line of animal-advocacy wear.\u00a0Rescue Dogma is designed and printed in California and fully dedicated to engage, inform and inspire people about the needs of homeless and shelter animals and have them pass the message forward by wearing it on their chests. And, as brand creator Sam Ghosh said, you&#8217;ll look damn good while doing it.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRescue is about love, compassion, dedication, determination and absolute unwavering beliefs in action,\u201d Ghosh said. \u201cNot only are our designs meant to empower and spark conversation, our apparel is made of the softest, most comfortable, eco-conscious, and humane materials. Steelcraft is pretty much a mixed breed in itself\u2014a communal conglom of artisanal food, drink, coffee and (treat, boy?) chocolates, so you\u2019ll be able to grab a bite while you see and feel this new line, dance to DJ sounds, and bid at the silent auction for some premium stuff.<\/p>\n<p>Snap a pic in front of the Rescue Dogma backdrop, and tag @rescuedogma! Meshe is a Chihuahua who was found with a horrid tumor behind his eye. Live Love paid for the surgery to remove the tumor. Lele is a spunky girl with tons of playful energy. She can be a bit shy when she meets you for the first time, but that quickly dissolves into lots of loving kisses! She is about 3 years old and weighs 4 pounds. Estrella is just a happy girl who loves to be around her buddies. Like Lele, she sometimes needs a minute to get used to new people before showering them with love. She is about 2 years old and\u00a0weighs 6 pounds. Both girls do well with people of all ages (yep, kids too!). They&#8217;re cat friendly, and\u00a0they get along with dogs of all sizes! They\u2019re both spayed and vetted. Because they\u2019re a bonded pair, they\u2019ll be going to their forever home together! This sweet puppy has been spayed and is coming out of her shell more every day. You can tell she needs to feel safe before she will become relaxed and playful, but we are seeing her true personality shine through. She is sweet tempered, bonds quickly with her humans, and does well in the company of other dogs. While she is not fostered with children, she has interacted successfully with them before. She feels more secure with someone around most of the time, so a family with someone who works from home would be a great fit for her. Liliana is learning her leash manners, potty training and basic obedience commands. He likes to take leisurely walks around the block too! Titan is a bit weak in his back end, so he prefers a single-story or first-floor home or apartment, or an apartment where he can ride the elevator in style! He has a winning personality and gets along great with other dogs and people of all ages.\u00a0He\u2019s been neutered, is housetrained, and good with kids and dogs.Titan needs a calm home environment that will let him take it easy when needed, but will be consistent in caring for his gorgeous coat! Pet food, primarily dog food, is available at their facility at 439 West Anaheim Street, Mondays from 9:00AM to noon and Saturdays from noon to 3:00PM. A dog-washing station with a stainless-steel tub is also available onsite at these hours. Donations and supplies such as shampoo, flea control and, of course, pet food are always gratefully accepted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Pet Food Bank<\/strong> is sponsored by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.coalongbeach.org\/about\/\">Christian Outreach in Action<\/a>. Stanford says that her goal is \u201cto provide Long Beach with a dog-training facility with structured daycare and boarding that accepts all dogs regardless of temperament or behavior by educating staff, dogs and owners. Our mission is to create a community of people who understand their dogs and want to have a loving, balanced relationship.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Stanford\u2019s group is looking to purchase about 10,000 square feet of warehouse space with a potty area and are partnering with a design group.
