\"BiketoWorkDay\"Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) is celebrating Bike to Work Day on Thursday by offering many an incentive to pull that clunky two-wheeler out of the garage this week. Long Beach will also offer several things to do to celebrate the city\u2019s pedaling people.<\/p>\n

Start off your morning with a Pit Stop at Long Beach City Hall between 7:00AM and 9:00AM to be congratulated for riding to work. Join Long Beach Public works at The Promenade between 11:00AM and 1:30PM to participate in an interactive Bicycle Master Plan exercise, receive a free tune-up courtesy of Bikeable Communities and Pedal Movement and take the time to sign up for Long Beach Bike Share<\/a> with the help of CycleHop.<\/p>\n

Last, but not least, join Long Beach Bicycle Ambassador Tony Cruz at Berlin Bistro for coffee and breakfast treats, where group rides to City Hall will leave every half hour between 8:00AM and 9:00AM.<\/p>\n
