Posting subject to approval.<\/p>\n<h1>Virtually Pets<\/h1>\n<p>Because of the overabundance of\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.humanesociety.org\/animals\/cats\/facts\/kitten_season.html?referrer=https:\/\/lbpost.com\/\">kittens born during kitten season<\/a>, The Scratching Post and Pet Projects have matched the cat glut with feline-themed articles and adoptions. And they\u2019ll keep coming until the birthing has died down. But it\u2019s time for a break, with a few great dogs that are up for adoption this Saturday at Pet Food Express in Long Beach (see Mark Your Calendars). If you get to Long Beach Animal Care Services at the shelter side of the Pitchford Companion Animal Village, 7700 East Spring Street, before Saturday, you can meet them there and maybe take one or two home. She\u2019s a robust senior that loves to play and romp. Both have the classic cocker lines and are healthy and active. These two form an instant family of pets that enjoy human companionship, demonstrating it with great manners and obedience. Confident, good looking and smart Jazz and Zoey are at the Long Beach Animal Care Services.
