In order to thank our service people, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.spcala.com\">spcaLA<\/a>&nbsp;will provide a haunch to cry on and a friend to romp or relax with when needed and waive the adoption fee. Here are a few little guys at your service. You can meet them at their barracks at spcaLA, 7700 East Spring Street through the El Dorado Park entrance (no parking fee if you\u2019re heading for the animal shelter). You don\u2019t have to worry about fangs with this little guy, though. Dracula is a three-year-old sweet Chihuahua mix who just wants to make your home his castle.
