Have you ever dreamed of going to the Academy Awards and walking down the red carpet? Well, you can make that dream come true. Art Theatre Long Beach is hosting their annual Academy Awards Night Fundraiser on Sunday, February 22nd<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

Come in your finest attire, walk the red carpet and get your photo taken by the Retro Row Paparazzi. Complimentary champagne will be served and you can purchase good eats from a food truck while you hobnob with other movie lovers. Then enjoy watching the 87th<\/sup> Academy Awards on the big screen. The best part is you won\u2019t have to deal with L.A. traffic!<\/p>\n

Brush up on your movie picks so you can cast your vote for Best Picture, Actor, Director, etc. and win a prize! Here is a link<\/a> to this years\u2019 nominations.<\/p>\n

\"arttheatre1\"Members of the Art Theatre in current standing can attend for free, but please make a reservation. All others can make a $25 donation and sign up by phone (562) 438-3723 or email (send your name and number to: membersoftheart@gmail.com<\/a>). The donation will also make you an official member of the Art Theatre. Proceeds go towards the fund to pay for a digital projector at the theatre.<\/p>\n

Come with your group of friends, bring your family or just come and meet other movie lovers and support your local theatre. It\u2019s sure to be a night to remember!<\/p>\n
