Thousands of cosplayers showed up for the\u00a0<\/span>fan-run anim\u00e9 convention\u00a0<\/span><\/a>that took over the Long Beach Convention Center Friday, Jan. 7. The anim\u00e9 convention runs through Sunday, Jan. 9 with a host of anime-related programming, fashion shows, live music performances, and even dance battles. Registration has closed, but attendees can still purchase tickets at the door.
