CEO Anya Fernald, an expert on the slow food movement and agri-tourism, will discuss humanely-raised organic meat.<\/p>\n<p>The series will continue on May 7 when organic farmer David &#8220;Mas&#8221; Masumoto will discuss organic farming, and on October 7 when chef Michael Cimarusti will discuss how more restaurants can serve sustainable food.<\/p>\n<p>Each seminar will take place from 6:30PM to 9:00PM at the Aquarium, located at 100 Aquarium Way. Tickets for the series are $8 for aquarium members and $10 for non-aquarium members.
