Hone in on your passion for ocean conservation and gourmet food by way of a culinary journey of sustainable seafood and other delectable delights. Each piece of grub will be made by leading Southern California chefs will and served alongside DJ music, dancing and an opportunity to name a penguin chick\u2014all at the Aquarium of the Pacific. <\/p>\n

All proceeds, at a $125 a head, will benefit the Aquarium\u2019s education, conservation and animal care programs, a worthy cause for the institution\u2019s 11,000 plus animals from the waters of Southern California, Baja and the Northern and Tropical Pacific. Unique items will be available for live and silent auctions, while guests can play the popular \u201cGo Fish\u201d opportunity game, where according to the Aquarium, \u201ceveryone goes home a winner.\u201d<\/p>\n

Our personal favorite highlight? Guests can vie to name a penguin chick during the live auction.<\/p>\n

Attendees will be able to wander through the galleries at night, a truly rare opportunity to visit the aquarium\u2019s animals without the normal crowds. Gourmet cuisine from more than twenty five food and beverage providers and an open bar will serve up the sustainable seafood, vegetarian dishes, gourmet desserts, beers, wines and olive oil tastings, sure to satisfy even the most ecstatic foodie\u2019s cravings.<\/p>\n
