Photo by: STOMP, created by Luke Cresswell and Steve McNicholas, \u00a9 Steve McNicholas<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cStomp,\u201d the internationally celebrated percussive show known for creating gritty rhythmic musical numbers out of everyday items like brooms, garbage cans and shopping bags, will be performing at the Terrace Theater this weekend, marking the show\u2019s first return to Long Beach in over a decade.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cStomp\u201d will be in town for two days on Thursday, March 2, and Friday, March 3, before continuing its U.S. tour. The 105-minute show will feature many of the iconic numbers (and props) audiences have seen before, such as the brooms, trash cans and the fan-favorite Zippo lighter performance. But this season \u201cStomp\u201d is introducing three new numbers, some of which have been reimagined with different props.<\/p>\n<p>Tickets for \u201cStomp\u201d at the Terrace Theater range from $43-78 and may be purchased online <a href=\"https:\/\/americantheatreguild.com\/longbeach\/shows\/stomp\/\">here<\/a> or by calling (800) 982-2787. But now the long-time musician is introducing something new and original with his band <a href=\"https:\/\/bluaux.bandcamp.com\/releases\">Blu Aux<\/a>, which will be performing tunes from its new album &#8220;Circle Sentences&#8221; at Vine on Retro Row Friday, March 3.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Circle Sentences&#8221; is an indie rock album that features all the ideas and experimenting Wilder had been toying with for several years before finding the time to record, with &#8220;baritone vocals over big harmonies and spacey odds and ends.&#8221; Also included in the lineup Friday night are bands the Killingtons and Andy Stavas.<\/p>\n<p>The show is free to attend and starts at 8 p.m.<\/p>\n<p><em>Vine is at 2142 E.
