Photo by Brian Addison.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Shortly after hosting <a href=\"https:\/\/lbpost.com\/life\/food\/inaugural-eat-lbc-food-week-invites-foodies-of-all-types-to-explore-long-beach\/#.U8BHSY1dWjQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">the city\u2019s inaugural Eat LBC week<\/a>, drink lovers and foodies Elizabeth Borsting and Terri Henry have decided to take on the fine libations that Long Beach\u2019s growing cocktail and beer scene are offering. <a href=\"https:\/\/lbpost.com\/life\/food\/inaugural-eat-lbc-food-week-invites-foodies-of-all-types-to-explore-long-beach\/#.U8BHSY1dWjQ\"><br \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Be it tap takeovers, a 562 signature cocktail, or a full-out Meet the Cicerone or Winemaker dinner, the pair are beginning to gather pubs, bars, wine bars, and restaurants to show off their drink-making and beer-curating skills.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur hope for the event is to get residents moving about the city, trying new venues, supporting local businesses\u2014just like Eat LBC,\u201d Borsting said.<\/p>\n<p>Taking place between September 21 through 27, the event will mimic Eat LBC\u2019s approach: ticketless, patrons simply visit the established locations and purchase the Sip LBC offering.<\/p>\n<p>So far, more than a dozen establishments have signed up, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Five O\u2019Clock Wine Bar<\/li>\n<li>The Sky Room and Up Lounge<\/li>\n<li>District Wine<\/li>\n<li>Auld Dubliner<\/li>\n<li>Bo-beau Rooftap Bar<\/li>\n<li>The Stave<\/li>\n<li>Brix at the Shore<\/li>\n<li>The Federal Bar<\/li>\n<li>Iguana Kelley\u2019s<\/li>\n<li>Sababa Restaurant &amp;
