Dizzy Dustin McFarland<\/h3>\n

Bred in North Long Beach (what\u2019s up J-Town!), MC Dizzy Dustin\u2014along with Young Einstein and Andy Cooper is one-third of the underground hip hop group Ugly Duckling, so-called because the all-LB members felt like outcasts of the Southern California hip hop scene. Over the last decade, the group has released five albums of expert rhymes, featuring throwback samples and spotlighting Dizzy\u2019s signature, Q-Tip reminiscent flow. Unlike Ugly Duckling\u2019s other rapper Andy Cooper, however, Dizzy has in the last few years also spread out on his own. His record and distribution label Kamikazi Airlines puts out experimental hip hop albums by artists from around the country and his long-awaited first solo album Psycho Babble should be dropping soon.<\/p>\n
