Shine Eats, and Raquel \u201cRoq\u201d Jubran, chef\/co-owner of <a href=\"https:\/\/lbpost.com\/life\/food\/the-lasher-family-makes-a-comeback-with-inspired-cuisine-on-2nd-street\/\">Lasher\u2019s Kitchen<\/a>, will host an eight-course family-style menu featuring traditional dishes like the popular chicken adobo, which includes chicken marinated in vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and black peppercorns.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cChef Roq and I are excited to share our culture and some of the foods we grew up on with Long Beach diners,\u201d Boral stated.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA collaboration with fellow Filipino-American Chef AC is something I\u2019ve wanted to do for a long time, and we figured October being Filipino-American History Month, the timing would be perfect!\u201d said Jubran.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"Hq7HEfONGh\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/lbpost.com\/hi-lo\/food\/dine-lbc-to-launch-experimental-pop-up-event-featuring-creations-by-local-chefs\">Dine LBC to Launch Experimental Pop-Up Event Featuring Creations by Local Chefs<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute;
