Local street artists <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/jay_blaine_\/\">Jay Blaine<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/goopmassta\/\">GoopMassta<\/a> will be live painting during the event, while <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/studioneleven\/\">Studio One Eleven<\/a> employee artists will have their work displayed at Loiter Galleries.<\/p>\n<p>The block party runs from 4 to 9 p.m. For more info, check out the website <a href=\"https:\/\/www.loitergalleries.com\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><i>The party takes place on the North Promenade between 3rd and 4th streets across from Ross.
