\"\"6:00am | <\/strong>Children Today, a community based organization that provides services to families and children experiencing homelessness in Long Beach, is having their 14th annual Holiday Cheer fundraiser on December 2  at 7:00pm.  The funds raised directly support the programmatic needs of the organization, which include meals and educational material for children, amongst other valuable resources.<\/p>\n

The annual benefit is Children’s Today’s most significant fundraiser. It contributes to their Playhouse Programs, which provide free, accredited child care to children experiencing homelessness.  This program, which provides a safe and consistent environment, helps foster learning and growth through play and experiential activities.<\/p>\n

The event will take place at the same location it occurred last year,  Arco Towers. Not only will food be served, but the event includes a casino space, wine tasting area, sushi bar, and silent auction as well, amongst other activities.  <\/p>\n
