They are a new, small start-up company is located in Los Angeles, but actually manufactures and assembles the vest in Long Beach. It is a point of pride for them to say their product is, \u201cMade in America.\u201d
The inspiration for the GRAB AND GO VEST came after they completed the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), and they realized that there was a need for an item that would help people get through an emergency. Part of their research indicated that there was a huge underserved segment of the population that cannot carry a heavy bag or lug a cumbersome bucket when disasters strike; they wanted to fill that void.<\/p>\n
