5:00pm |<\/strong> <\/span>The Office of Estate and Gift Planning at California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) is offering a free, three-part seminar series titled \u201cProtect Your Financial Assets\u2026Today, Tomorrow and Always.” The first seminar will be held Tuesday, January 25, on \u201cProtecting What You Have Now: Investment Strategies and Risk Management,\u201d followed by the second offering on Wednesday, Feb. 9, titled \u201cProtecting What You Will Have for the Future: Retirement Planning Ideas, Insurance and Health Care Options,\u201d and concluding with the final segment on Tuesday, Feb. 22, called \u201cProtecting What You Leave to Others: Estate Planning, Including Wills and Trusts.\u201d <\/p>\n

Each of the seminars will run from 5:30pm to 7:00pm in the CSULB\u2019s Pyramid Annex Conference Center. Those attending are directed to enter the campus using the Atherton Street\/Merriam Way entrance and park in Lot 13, the lot adjacent to the Walter Pyramid. <\/p>\n

\u201cThis three-part series will answer many of the financial planning and tax questions during this unpredictable economic climate,\u201d said Susan Berkman, CSULB\u2019s assistant vice president for estate and planned giving. \u201cProfessionals from various fields will be on hand to share ideas, answer questions and give updates on planning for the future with the ever-changing tax codes.\u201d <\/p>\n
