Pine Ave.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>E Hula Mau Festival and Competition<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-999916605\" src=\"https:\/\/lbpost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/hulamau2-970x645.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"399\" \/><\/p>\n<p>E Hula Mau, a hula and chant competition now in its 24th year, will bring an authentic Hawaiian festival to the Terrace Theater Friday through Sunday. It officially opens Saturday, with a half-priced preview on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Tempest is the perfect show for ending the summer,\u201d playhouse Executive Director Madison Mooney said in a statement. \u201cIt starts on a ship and ends up on an island and it&#8217;s dreamy and filled with magic.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Tempest runs through Sept. 29. Digital photos can be taken starting this Saturday and through Sunday, Sept. 9, and must be located within Long Beach city limits.
