Come on out and adopt a friend for life.<\/p>\n<p><em>Boxer Briefs: Animal Legislation<\/em><br \/><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><br \/>SB 250 and AB 241<\/span><br \/>We\u2019ve been coming out in favor of the above bills because we feel that they\u2019ll benefit animals, help curb pet overpopulation and be another nail in the puppy mill coffin\u2014for the millers, that is. Judie Mancuso, who makes the term &#8220;tireless advocate&#8221; seem inadequate for description, presents her unobstructed view on detractors of both bills.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWho could be against this legislation?\u201d she asks. \u201cThe vast majority of opposition to animal-friendly legislation comes from one group underground animal breeders who fear that new legislation will affect their unscrupulous businesses.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Neither of these bills targets reputable breeders.
