If the bill passes the Senate, it could reach the governor&rsquo;s desk and become law, saving countless pets from unnecessary death in our shelters. A blast e-mail sent by tireless animal advocate Judie Mancuso stated that &ldquo;seven senators have made it clear that they wish to hear more from SB 250 supporters before casting their final yes vote. If SB 250 passes, hundreds of thousands of dogs and cats are spared euthanasia in the next decade.
