Ticket proceeds will benefit local nonprofit <a href=\"https:\/\/lbfresh.org\/\">Long Beach Fresh<\/a>, which hosts community events, consults with local businesses, works on food policy and more.<\/p>\n<p>A single ticket is priced at $175, but larger donations are also welcome, and seating it limited.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/primalalchemy.com\/\">Primal Alchemy<\/a>, a chef-driven catering company founded on farm-to-table cuisine, hosts the dinner each year.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We want to promote local, seasonal, healthy eating,&#8221; Primal Alchemy co-owner Dana Buchanan said. &#8220;That&#8217;s what the event is all about.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Each year, an organization with like-minded goals is chosen to benefit from the fundraiser. Last year, Long Beach City College&#8217;s culinary program was chosen. This year, Long Beach Fresh was the recipient.<\/p>\n<p>Buchanan and her partner, Chef Paul Buchanan, have known Long Beach Fresh co-directors Tony Damico and Ryan Smolar for years through various projects promoting local food health and fitness.<\/p>\n<p>Recently, Long Beach Fresh began collaborating with the Long Beach Health Department to connect urban farms, a farmers market and corner shops in food-insecure areas.<\/p>\n<p>The long list of chefs invited to be part of the dinner include chef Chad Phuong of Battambong BBQ, chef Jason Witzl of Ellie&#8217;s and Ginger&#8217;s, chef Shea Enriquez of Alder and Sage, Arturo Enciso\u00a0and Ana Bel\u00e9n Salatino of Gusto Bread and more.<\/p>\n<p>This year&#8217;s event will be held at River Trail Ranch, previously the dinner had been held at The Growing Experience, an urban farm now run by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.themayecenter.org\/\">Maye Center<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Events can be purchased <a
