George’s Greek Cafe on Second Street has reopened after the restaurant underwent a remodel.<\/p>\n

The Belmont Shore location is now the only one owned by the chain’s founding family, the Loizides, after they sold their restaurants in Downtown and Lakewood<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Its new name is still being finalized, but the restaurant’s page on Yelp has been changed to George’s Greek on Second to differentiate it from the other locations, co-owner Nicky Loizides said.<\/p>\n

The restaurant will be open Sundays through Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. and until 9 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.<\/p>\n
