An egg hunt in Belmont Heights (Saturday, April 4)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Belmont Heights Community Association will host its annual egg hunt at the Red Car Greenbelt at Sixth Street and Tremont Avenue. The event begins at 9 a.m. sharp and will feature thousands of eggs, including a dozen golden eggs, with separate areas for toddlers and older children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A county fair First Fridays (Friday, April 3) <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

First Fridays \u2014 Bixby Knolls\u2019 monthly street fair \u2014 will happen on April 3 at 6:30 p.m. It will feature live music, art, performances, and county-fair-inspired activities along Atlantic Avenue. Cambodia Town Parade and Festival (Saturday, April 4)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Cambodia Town Parade & Culture Festival will be on April 4 at 9 a.m. Starting in Macarthur Park in Long Beach, then heading up Alamitos Avenue and ending at Long Beach City College\u2019s Trade Tech and Community Learning Campus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A cultural festival with food, dancing and small business vendors starts at noon on the campus. Attendees can show up along the parade route or visit the festival area to explore and participate. For more info, click here.<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A blacksmith workshop at Rancho Los Alamitos<\/strong> (Saturday, April 4)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Inside the Blacksmith Shop workshop will begin at 10 a.m. at Rancho Los Alamitos at 6400 East Bixby Hill Road in Long Beach. The event includes a live blacksmithing demonstration and a hands-on leather stamping activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Bunnies on the Bay Run is a free, 0.4-mile fun run in Long Beach on Saturday. It starts at 9:30 a.m. at Claremont Boat Launch and finishes at Second Street and Bay Shore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019re looking for a way to step outside, reset, and maybe feel a little more connected \u2014 to your city, your community, and the environment \u2014 the\u00a0DTLB Art + Design Walk<\/a>\u00a0returns Saturday, April 11 from 2 to 7 p.m. Organized by the Downtown Long Beach Alliance (DTLB Alliance) in collaboration with DTLB Design District, Studio One Eleven, and Arts Council for Long Beach (ArtsLB), experience Downtown as it becomes\u00a0an open-air creative district, with art, design, and interactive experiences spread across the East Village Arts District, the Promenade, and Pine Avenue, all exploring themes of renewal and our relationship to the world around us.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
