Esther is a musician, writer and dog mom who writes On The Beat, a weekly music column for the Long Beach Post. Her writing has appeared in Beach Magazine, Shanghai Business Review, Grunion Gazette, O.C. Register and South Bay's Easy Reader News. She plays guitar and sings in Long Beach-based psychedelic groove band King Kang. She received a B.A. in Journalism from USC with a minor in Chinese.
