Muralists from all over the world took over Long Beach last week to paint walls throughout the city. In this video, set to the sounds of student musicians from POW! WOW! School of Music, POW! WOW! Long Beach artists talk about the meaning behind their murals and the creative process.

Also included are scenes from the opening of the Long Beach Museum of Art’s Vitality & Verve III exhibit, featuring works by artists associated with the New Contemporary Art movement.
