Fridays: closed at 9:00PM to 7:00AM on Saturday
Saturdays: Closed at 9:00PM to 8:00AM on Sunday
Sundays: closed at 9:00PM to open by 5:00AM Monday
During the closure, traffic headed southbound on the 710 Freeway to Piers F - J, the Queen Mary, cruise terminal and waterfront businesses will be diverted to the Pico Ave. exit (Piers B - E, Terminal Island) for access to southbound Pico Ave.
When southbound Harbor Scenic Drive is open, traffic is reduced to one lane because of adjacent bridge construction work.
