California orders Los Angeles County to close ‘unsuitable’ youth prisons within 60 days
The young people will be moved within two months from Barry J. Nidorf Juvenile Hall in Sylmar and Central Juvenile Hall in Boyle Heights to the currently shuttered Los Padrinos Juvenile Hall in Downey.
