Five years after the double murder of two North Long Beach gang members, Long Beach police have arrested and charged four people with the crime.

On March 1, 2009, a fight broke out between two groups of males in front of a flower shop in the 2000 block of Del Amo Boulevard. Shots were fired from one group into the other, resulting in the deaths of Austin Seng and Chamreun Kong. More than a year later, in November of 2010, police arrested 25-year-old Christopher Ellis and charged him in connection with the murder.

Furhter investigation led to the arrests this month of 27-year-old Irineo Cabrera, 20-year-old Chase Strike and 24-year-old Robert Ramirez. Cabrera was arrested on March 4 after serving a search warrant at his home while Strike and Ramirez were already in custody on previously unrelated charges.

All four have been charged with first degree murder with gang enhancements and are being held at Los Angeles County jail with no bail.
