Man Hospitalized After Thursday Night Shooting in Cambodia Town • Long Beach Post

A man was shot in Cambodia Town and transported to the hospital in serious condition Thursday evening, according to police officials.

Long Beach Police Department (LBPD) spokeswoman Marlene Arrona said officers were dispatched on a deadly weapon call to East Anaheim Street and Olive Avenue at 8:13PM Thursday evening.

Upon arrival, officers discovered a man with a gunshot injury, and Long Beach Fire Department (LBFD) officials transported the victim to a local hospital in serious condition.

The suspect is outstanding and the investigation is ongoing, according to Arrona.
