A man was struck by a hit-and-run driver in Long Beach Wednesday afternoon, according to authorities.
The incident happened about 1:40PM near Anaheim Street and Oregon Avenue, according to Long Beach Police Department (LBPD) spokeswoman Nancy Pratt.
The victim was in serious but stable condition when he was taken to a hospital, she said.
The incident left Anaheim Street closed between Magnolia and Oregon avenues.
