Long Beach police are investigating a non-injury shooting that happened Wednesday afternoon near Long Beach Poly High School, authorities said.

Officers were dispatched to a shots heard call at about 1:50PM on Wednesday, November 25, near Pacific Coast Highway and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Long Beach Police Department (LBPD) spokeswoman Marlene Arrona said.

A vehicle sustained damage but no one was injured, according to officials.

The investigation is ongoing.
