A Long Beach-based dental and orthodontic office will offer free services this Saturday to children and teenagers up to 17 years old whose families cannot afford dental care.

“As a dental practice, we see many kids without the resources to take care of their teeth, a critically important aspect of their overall healthcare at their young age,” Dr. Robert Stella, founder of FUNtastic Dental and Orthodontics, said in a statement. “We are always looking for ways to give back to our community, and we think this is a great opportunity for families that have postponed dental treatment for their kids to come on in and be seen by professionals that can help make a difference, especially if there are existing problems.”

The Free Dental Day will run from 8:00AM to 2:00PM on Saturday. Call (562) 354-4445 to make an appointment; spots are limited.

FUNtastic is still looking for volunteers to donate their time and/or bring supplies to the event. Those interested can call the aforementioned phone number to get involved.
