Long Beach Remembers 9-11 • Long Beach Post

In memoriam of those who perished in the tragic attacks of September 11, 2001, Mayor Foster was joined by dozens of Long Beach police and firemen in an early morning ceremony in front of City Hall’s memorial statue.  The Mayor gave a short speech followed by a moment of silence and bagpipes playing “Amazing Grace.”  Few words were spoken, so I’ll do the same and leave you with these images.
