Long Beach police are asking for the public’s help finding an at-risk 68-year-old woman who went missing over the weekend.

Police say Maria Raquel Mata Vallecillo was last seen leaving her home in the 200 block of East 12th Street on foot around 8 p.m. Saturday.

Vallecillo, according to police, suffers from cognitive issues and may become disoriented.

The 68-year-old was described by authorities as being 5 feet tall 120 pounds, with white hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a floral blouse with green, red, and white details, dark jeans and white sandals, police said. She is also missing front teeth, they added.
