If you’re looking for something fun to do early this evening, you’re not likely to find a better local event than the Parade of Champions taking place downtown\u2014the parade will feature local high school athletes who’ve performed exceptionally on the CIF level this year. <\/span>We’ve covered this event the last two years and it’s always incredible. The parade will feature Millikan’s undefeated CIF champion wrestling team, Poly’s track and girls’ basketball teams, Compton’s boys’ basketball team, divers from Millikan and Poly, and individual track stars from Millikan and Wilson.
