Ramiro Rosalez was back in a big way for the Jags, pitching a complete game with six strikeouts in a 5-1 win. <\/span>After three and a half weeks out with a shoulder injury sustained against Millikan, Rosalez returned to the lineup thanks to strict adherence to his therapy schedule, and bullpen work. <\/span><\/p>\n Rosalez had a shutout through six innings, and almost kept it as leftfielder Armando Perez just missed a diving catch; instead it fell and scored Compton’s lone run. <\/span>“It was good to have our captain back on the mount,” said Cabrillo coach Eric Byrant after the game. <\/span>“When he’s on the mound we feel we have a good chance of winning every time he pitches.” Perez was 2-2 with a run, a stolen base and an RBI, and Louie Terraas had 2 runs, two RBI, two BBs, and two stolen bases.
