{"id":1379,"date":"2010-04-24T07:04:00","date_gmt":"2010-04-24T07:04:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lbpost.com\/articles\/sports\/penn-relays-three-national-best-times-for-poly\/"},"modified":"2010-04-24T07:04:00","modified_gmt":"2010-04-24T07:04:00","slug":"penn-relays-three-national-best-times-for-poly","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lbpost.com\/sports\/penn-relays-three-national-best-times-for-poly","title":{"rendered":"Penn Relays: Three National Best Times For Poly"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!--StartFragment-->  <\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.lbpost.com\/sports\/poly\/9408\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Click here for Poly&#8217;s Thursday results.<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">On Friday, the Trackrabbits were entered in five events\u2014they had one DNF, and posted three American-best times in the four races they finished.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">In the boys&#8217; 4X800, it was a wild afternoon, as they missed the start time for their heat, and found redemption in a place in the next heat\u2014which they took advantage of with a 7:43, the best time in America, led by Aaron Harris&#8217; 1:53.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes\">&nbsp; <\/span>Myles Andrews, Christian Penn, and Chris Hall will run in tomorrow&#8217;s final.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes\">&nbsp; <\/span>The 7:43 mark is the nation&#8217;s best this year.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">The boys&#8217; 4X100 featured a little less drama, but yet another best American time for the Trackrabbits.
