Friday was the first day of the Mt. SAC Relays, and runners from Poly, Millikan, Lakewood, and Wilson were putting up great times\u2014thanks as always to Poly distance coach Nate Bershtel for compiling the info for all the schools and passing it along!<\/p>\n

Girls 4×800 Relay<\/span><\/strong>:<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

* LB Wilson (2nd place) 9:22.02 (#7 time in CA)<\/o:p><\/p>\n

Boys 4×800 Relay<\/span><\/strong>:<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

* LB Poly (1st place) 7:47.14 (#1 time in CA, #2 time in the U.S.)<\/o:p><\/p>\n

* Lakewood – Sean Graham (7th place) 4:20.83 (Lifetime best, #1 time in Long Beach)<\/o:p><\/p>\n

Girls 3200 Meter Run<\/span><\/strong>:<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

* LB Poly – Rachel Pavey (15th place) 11:40.47 (Lifetime best, #1 time in Long Beach)<\/o:p><\/p>\n

Boys 3200 Meter Run<\/span><\/strong>:<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

* Millikan – Zach Ellis (8th place) 9:35.75 (Lifetime best, #1 time in Long Beach)<\/o:p><\/p>\n

Girls 4×1600 Relay<\/span><\/strong>:<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

* LB Poly (3rd place) 20:58.15 (New LB Poly School Record, by over 45 seconds)<\/o:p><\/p>\n
