Poly and LBCC aren’t the only local football teams who play at Vet’s\u2014the Beach Cities All-Americans (a local pro-am squad) picked up a 20-15 win over the Ventura Badgers on Saturday.<\/p>\n
The All-Americans fielded just 16 players, and were going against a larger team in the Badgers (both physically and on the roster). <\/span>The Badgers got on the board first after the All-Americans hiked a ball out o the end zone on a punt, then got a touchdown on a 65-yard reverse. <\/span>With a blocked PAT, the score was 8-0 Badgers.
