The 2009-2010 season is winding down and there are only three home games remaining for the Long Beach State ice hockey team. The biggest game is this Thursday night at 9pm when the no. 7 ranked San Jose State Spartans visit Glacial Gardens. The season series is tied 1-1 after the 49ers battled to a 3-2 victory back in October on their home ice. Long Beach looks for their 8th<\/sup> win in a row on Thursday.<\/p>\n The team is still taking collections to help their young fans at Miller Children\u2019s Hospital. Bring your new or used DVD\u2019s and video games (PG rated or better) to the admissions table and you\u2019ll get 50% off your admission. At Thursday\u2019s game, you\u2019ll also be able to purchase tickets to the Annual Alumni Game which will be at the Staples Center on Saturday April 3 at 3pm. Your $35 ticket will get you into the Alumni Game at 3pm plus the Kings vs. Ducks at 7:30pm.
