Nine college baseball coaches from Southern California, including Long Beach State’s Mike Weathers<\/strong>, will be at ESPN Zone in Downtown Disney on Friday, Jan. 22 for the SoCal half of <\/span>Easton\u2019s California College Baseball Media Day <\/strong>(a NorCal event will follow at Stanford on Jan. 26).<\/span><\/p>\n LBSU head coach Mike Weathers will join head coaches from USC, UCLA, Fullerton, UCI, USD, Pepperdine, Cal Poly, LMU, CSUN, SDSU, UCR and UCSB for media day interviews, plus the second annual Coaches Cook-off\u2014where they\u2019ll square off against defending champ Chad Kreuter of USC in an Iron Chef-style cooking competition.
