Cabrillo was able to run their record to 4-0- 1 with a hard fought victory in Palm Springs against a previously undefeated La Quinta team, 1-0.\u00a0 The game was played at a very high pace with both teams playing high-pressure defense. The home team was able to get 3 shots in the first half to the Jaguars’ 5.\u00a0 Only one shot from each team looked like it might find the back of the net, when Wilfredo Mejia blasted a volley over the bar in minute 35.\u00a0 Each team had shots blocked by hard charging defenders.\u00a0<\/p>\n
