Long Beach State, the 2009 Big West Champions, had five players selected as All-Big West as announced by the conference office on Tuesday. Naomi Washington and Caitlin Ledoux were both named to the first-team for the second time, while setter Ashley Lee garnered her initial first-team honors, Brittney Herzog was an honorable mention, and Jocelyn Neely was named to the All-Freshman team.\u00a0 <\/span>Of the five, only Washington and Herzog will graduate after this year.<\/p>\n Outside hitters Naomi Washington and Caitlin Ledoux both earned first-team All-Big West honors for the second straight season. Washington ranked third in the conference, averaging 4.10 kills per set while Ledoux ranked sixth at 3.51 kills per set.<\/p>\n Lee, who earned All-Freshman honors in 2007 as an outside hitter, was named All-Big West for the first time, receiving first-team accolades. Lee ranked third in assists per set at 10.58, and guided Long Beach State to a second consecutive league championship.<\/p>\n Senior Brittney Herzog received All-Big West honors, earning an honorable mention one year after getting first-team honors.
