Joe Nalley\u2019s late power play goal lifted the 49ers to a 3-2 win over the San Jose State Spartans on Thursday night at Glacial Gardens. Scott Byrum also scored a power goal halfway through the third period to tie the score at 2-2. Long Beach was 2 for 5 on the power play and 1 for 8 on the penalty kill. Alex Miklivic earned the win in net for the 49ers.<\/p>\n
Up next for the 49ers are two games against Northern Arizona Univ., Friday 10\/23 at 9pm and Saturday at 7:30pm, both at Glacial Gardens.
